£400000 of public money was requested to keep our kids safe from electrocution. Compare this with the £500000 that had to be spent on policing in protecting Bristol from the fascist thugs from the English Defence League in Bristol yesterday.
The whole world's gone demented.

However, when I read your comment, I actually thought that what you were saying was that if the school does not receive this money then the children will get electrocuted. This to me seemed like an absurd situation, so I read the article. No, the kids will not get electrocuted. The electrical work will still be done, but the money will be taken from the main budget. So the kids will suffer in other areas (lack of resources) but they aren't just suddenly going to all get frazzled to death. |

In fact it's all factually correct, more or less, I just missed out the crucial bit.
It's only what politicians, journalists, fascist leaders, anti-fascists leaders, police, Matt Baker, etc. do these days, missing out the crucial bits, so I thought I'd join in. |
