|Observation 7.

All toddlers have an affinity with self-raising flour and are often to be seen taking a bag from the low supermarket shelves and struggling with it towards their mother even though she doesn't (usually) want it. There then follow comic moments of the mums pretending to tell off the toddlers saying things like 'whatever are you going to bring me next?' and waggling her finger in a playful manner while stooping at the waist.

|Okay, okay, there was only really one parent and it happened a long time ago, and it was cocoa not flour and a dad not a mum, but I haven't had a real observation lately yet felt under pressure (no names) to post one this morning.

|As a dog of many years' standing (divided by 7 by my owner when talking to other humans for some reason) I am on this discussion board to appeal for help. The other day when my owner and I were in town, he bought a very attractive bright yellow ball for himself. But the minute we got to the park later on, he threw it away! What could I do, but go after it and bring it back to him. Contrary to my expectation of thanks, he took one look at the ball and threw it away again! Can anyone on here help explain this weird behaviour?
