The future of The Fleece Inn is resolved
Following several months of uncertainty, the future of the Fleece Inn in Hillesley, Gloucestershire has been resolved and the popular public house will re-open on Good Friday, April 6, 2007.
The Scottish and Newcastle Brewery-owned pub will now be under the management of Andrew Starling.
Starling, a former employee, said: "I have received a lot of support from the residents in Hillesley and I am delighted that the Fleece Inn will re-open."
The Fleece Inn will be open from 12noon until 3pm during lunchtimes and from 6pm until close on an evening. It will also be open all day on weekends.
Situated on the Cotswold Way, the village pub is a popular stop for walkers of the Gloucestershire countryside.
At this stage only drinks will be served, but customers will be able to buy food in the near future.
