Wotton under Edge Hockey Club is offering the chance for girls in the local area to try out the game of hockey in a series of FREE sessions up to and immediately after Christmas.

We are particularly interested in hearing from girls who have played at school and are keen to learn more about the game in a friendly, sociable club environment. Even if you haven’t played the game before, you are welcome to come along and give it a try! Equipment can be provided but you should bring shinpads and sticks if you have them
As many of our former U-16s (Vixens) team have graduated into our 2 ladies teams who play league hockey on Saturdays, we are looking for girls in Years 7, 8 and 9 to come and join our growing club.

The sessions will take place on the artificial turf facility at Castle School, Thornbury (BS35 1HT) on the following Monday evenings from 6.30pm-7.30pm:

  • December 3rd
  • December 10th
  • December 17th
  • January 7th
  • January 14th
  • January 21st
  • January 28th

Coaching from a CRB checked, Level 2 qualified coach will be provided.
