    Baby Cafe : Baby Café is an informal meeting place for parents, grandparents and carers of babies and toddlers. It is held every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month from 2-4pm at the United Church in Bradley St. Unlimited tea/coffee/soft drinks, cake and biscuits are served by helpers who are nearly all grandmas and like to feel that they are offering a relaxing afternoon for the customers. At only £1 per session, the comfortable and warm surroundings is often referred to as 'the best place to meet'

    Wotton Firework Display : 3rd of November Gate opens 5.30pm, first small child's display is scheduled to start 6:30pm and we'll be lighting the bonfire around the same time. The final main display 7:45pm. The first display is shorter and has less rockets and loud bangs for the little ones. Adults 16 and over. Children under 3 go FREE.     Wotton Under Edge Annual Remembrance Parade : Remembrance Parade led by the Town Council,starting from Chipping Car park at 1030. Parade route is via Market St, Bear St, Old Town and Culverhay to St Mary's Church for the Remembrance Service at 1050. The Silence will be observed at 1100 hrs. After the service the parade returns to the War Memorial where wreaths will be laid. The parade route then returns via Church St, long St, and Market st to the Chipping car park. The roads will be closed to traffic as follows: outward 1030 to 1050. Wreath Laying 1145 to 1210 Return to Chipping 1210 to 1225 As this is the 100th anniversary of the end of WW 1, the numbers attending are expected to be larger than normal. The parade standards will enter the church at 1050 so if you wish to attend the service please enter the church before this time. Any member of the local community who would like to join the parade is very welcome, please arrive at the Chipping car park by 1020 hrs.
