One assumes the second pair of grey trousers would be more boring than the first pair of said trousers?

If above is not the case one could become slightly peeved.

Both pairs of grey trousers will be exactly the same.

I also want to buy some grey shoes.

I don't think such items exist do they?

The best I've found for you is a Marks and Spencer grey slipper, price £12.00, pictured below.

You could probably phone or send an email to see if they have another one in stock, for your other foot, unless you only have one foot, in which case you're good to go.

Maybe if the slipper is big enough I could fit both feet in it?

Alright Wolfie? WTF indeed. Good to hear from you, one of only a dozen or so members of the 1000+ posts brigade.

Thanks for dragging this thread up from the depths; I love that M&S slipper photo that I posted all that time ago. It's even more fashionable now that it was then.

Well; hello, and until next time, goodbye.

Ftw indeed.
I have often toyed with the idea of owning a pair of slippers but I fear it would be a irreversible slide into senility.

TFW (Tartan Foot Wear) or possible FTW (Fleecy/Tweed Weave)

Wow, the fun that can be had with slippers and the letters F, T and W!!

We're all somewhere on that irreversible slide Wolfie; the sooner you can jump on with your smashing slippers the better (such as these for £3.64 from sammydress.com)
