Gary Kemery Benefit Concert
Renishaw plc and Katharine Lady Berkeley's School present a Charity Concert with the Dursley Male Voice Choir, for the benefit of Gary Kemery, an employee of Renishaw, who is severely disabled as a result of an accident in August last year.
Gary is a very determined person and his aim is to return to work. He has been able to visit the office now and again and, with help, can use emails. Gary is married and has two daughters aged 13 and 11.
Before the accident, the family enjoyed a very active life, spending weekends on their bikes, walking and caravanning. We intend to use funds raised to provide improvements to Gary's quality of life, which is so completely changed from what it was a year ago.
Dursley Male Voice Choir has generously offered to help with fundraising and to perform a concert for this purpose.
The choir will be joined by two local performers, a cornet player and a soprano soloist.
The concert will be held at KATHARINE LADY BERKELEY'S SCHOOL, Kingswood Road, Wotton-under-Edge Saturday 21st August, 7.30 p.m. (Doors open 6.45 p.m.). Admission: £7.00 (including interval drink).
Tickets available from: Wotton Travel Limited, High Street, Wotton-under-Edge and P. Durcan Hardware, Parsonage Street, Dursley and on the door.
For further ticket information call:01452 741371 or 07876 496802 (after 5.00 p.m.)
